Dr. Linda Fedrizzi-Williams, President of Central Penn College 

Dr. Linda Fedrizzi-Williams

Linda Fedrizzi-Williams, Ed. D., is the President of Central Penn College. Since joining the Central Penn family in July 2016 as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs and then becoming president in July 2018, Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams’ focus has been on improving the student learning experience both inside and outside of the classroom; supporting students academically and personally is a top priority for her, as is addressing college affordability for parents and students.

Since becoming president, she has developed an innovative Strategic Plan, added additional student supports, including a Centralized Advising Center and a Learning Center, introduced a free-housing initiative to allow students to live on campus with no out-of-pocket expense, and added a food pantry for students on campus.

Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams has a Doctorate of Education from Benedictine University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Marist College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (TV/Radio/Film) from Marist College, and an Associate of Arts from SUNY Orange.

Prior to working in higher education, Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams was the executive producer and morning show co-host on a popular radio station in the Hudson Valley region of NY. Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams and her husband, Glen, have two sons, Jake and Luke, and a spoiled Weimaraner named Oakley.

DAN MICKLE, MENTAL PERFORMANCE & LIFE COACH 

Dan founded Soul Performance Academy (717 Soul, LLC) in 2006. Soul Performance Academy is a performance psychology and mental skills training and consulting company based in South Central Pennsylvania. The focus of Soul is to provide quality training for athletes, performance, and the corporate workforce in various performance psychology skills. Mickle often provides one-on-one training, workshops, seminars, and in 2020 Soul Performance Academy launched its e-Campus for virtual and self-paced training options. Mickle is also a freelance Instructional Designer and Learning Technologies consultant. His focus is on corporate training and educational resources in emerging technologies and training methods. Prior to becoming a performance psychology consultant and instructional designer, Mickle worked for over 20 years in the Information Technology sector holding various positions ranging from technical support to technical trainer. Mickle was founder and CEO of NetGuruz, Inc. a local I.T. support and training firm. 

Dan lives in the Harrisburg/York Pennsylvania area with his wife Teri, two daughters Morgan and Lily, and son JD. He also has a Frenchie/Lab mixed dog named Gryff. Dan grew up watching his father race open-wheeled sprint cars. His brother Bob followed in their father’s footsteps and became a professional sprint car driver. Dan grew up on the beaches of Maryland and the local ski slopes, and he is still an avid skier. In high school, Mickle excelled at emerging technology courses like HyperMedia and programming languages. He was also a member of the nationally recognized Red Land Marching Unit as the section leader for the percussion section. Dan would go on to teach percussion with his alma mater for 6 years. 

STEVE GOBLE, THE GOBLE GROUP

Steve Goble is the Owner/Chief People Builder of the Goble Group, a talent  and leadership development organization serving businesses, non-profits,  and teams in Central PA and surrounding areas. He is passionate about  growing organizations by helping them solve their people problems across  generations and leadership levels.  

Steve is an Author, a Founding Partner of the Maxwell Leadership Certified  Team, a Convene Advisory Board Chairman, a Certified Human Behavior  Consultant, and was a ’40 Under 40’ recipient from the Central Penn Business  Journal in 2017. 

Steve currently resides in Lancaster County, PA with his family, where he  serves on the preaching team at Good Shepherd

NOAH SNYDER, OWNER OF ARK FITNESS 

Noah Snyder was born and raised in the Borough of Mechanicsburg. For much of his career, he has searched for a deeper purpose and connection to his work. Regardless of the industry he works in, he is always gravitating towards customer service and problem solving. He recently ventured out into entrepreneurship and opened a local fitness center in Mechanicsburg called Ark Fitness. Noah is always looking for ways to further connect with the business community and add value to the lives of those around him.



KAREN ACKLEY, CO-OWNER OF NEXT DOOR PHOTOS OF SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY 

Karen and her husband, Mark, are the proud owners of Next Door Photos Susquehanna Valley, a real estate media company covering all of South Central Pennsylvania. They are a husband and wife team who are passionate about connecting with people and impacting the world through creative entrepreneurial ventures that benefit society while creating a social impact.

Within their company, Mark & Karen partner with real estate agents, offices, and their teams.  They lead a team of Media Professionals who provide a wide range of services including photography, listing videos, aerial photography, floor plans, virtual staging, virtual 3D tours, listing websites, twilights and more. Appointments are easily scheduled online and services are done in one appointment with next-day delivery! They also provide photography and video services to architects, builders, and contractors for commercial and residential properties.

But what sets Next Door Photos apart is their commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The company has earned the B Corp designation by meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Every hour of shooting provides 3-4 hours of editing for their global editing partners who employ men and women rescued from human trafficking, those with backgrounds of abuse, and those at severe risk of exploitation in Cebu, Philippines, and Kathmandu, Nepal. They also create jobs for underserved populations in Nairobi, Kenya, and other areas of the world with problematic unemployment rates. CHRISTOPHER C. COCORES, PRESIDENT & CEO OF uFINANCIAL GROUP 

Christopher C. Cocores is the President & CEO of uFinancial Group, a firm offering financial services and financial planning that is affiliated with MassMutual Financial Group.  uFinancial Group has been serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1890 and has offices in Mechanicsburg, Lancaster, Hanover, State College, Williamsport, Exton, Kennett Square and Philadelphia and has over 120 financial professionals and an additional 100+ staff members.  uFinancial works with over 52,000 individuals and businesses.

Chris graduated from Dickinson College in 2005 with a degree in History and upon graduation joined uFinancial Group (then Wienken & Associates) as a Financial Advisor.  He specialized in Fee Based Financial Planning, Asset Management Strategies and Retirement Plan Analysis, and was consistently one of the leading advisors in the firm.

In 2011, Chris was promoted to Managing Partner at uFinancial Group, overseeing a team of 30+ advisors.  Chris qualified for MassMutual’s Management Council each year since 2011, and in 2014 earned MassMutual’s Sales Manager of the Year Award.  Under his leadership, in 2014 Chris’ team led all of MassMutual in overall first year commissions, annuity first year commissions and annuity premiums.

Chris was named co-General Agent for uFinancial in 2017 and upon the retirement of his partner, Matthew Dobbie, in 2018 he became the President & CEO of the firm.

In September 2019 Chris was named to the “Forty Under 40” Award, which is awarded to only 40 of Central PA’s leaders who are 40 years old or younger and is based on their professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change.

He is a member of the John Dickinson Society at Dickinson College, has served as Chairman and President of Cumberland Valley Habitat for Humanity and served on the Board of Directors of Cumberland County Young Professionals.

Chris and his wife, Emily reside in Mechanicsburg with their three children, Sophia (Sophie), Sebastian (Sebby) and Theodore (Teddy), their three dogs – Rexy, Camy and Boca, two cats – Peaches and Peanut, and several other animals.
